Standard sliding-window rate limits safeguard shared cluster capacity and ensure consistent latency for all users.
01. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Sorika Labs (“Reverie AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Reverie AI application, APIs, and associated web interfaces.
By accessing, creating an account on, or interacting with Reverie AI, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.
02. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Reverie AI. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
- Account Accuracy: When registering via Supabase Auth, you agree to provide authentic and accurate credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Guest Sessions: Guest sessions utilize ephemeral local identifiers with restricted token quotas. Converting to an authenticated account preserves your chat history.
03. Subscription Plans, Token Quotas & Razorpay Payments
Reverie AI provides tiered access including Free Tier allowances and premium Pro Subscriptions:
Token Quotas & Rolling Windows: Free accounts receive standard daily token allocations. Pro subscribers receive elevated monthly token allowances with access to high-reasoning frontier models.
Razorpay Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Razorpay. Transactions are verified on our servers using cryptographic HMAC SHA-256 signatures before activating subscriptions.
Refund Policy: Due to the instantaneous compute cost incurred upon AI generation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once token quota has been utilized, except where required by applicable consumer law.
04. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Reverie AI platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Submitting prompts designed to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Attempting prompt injection, jailbreaking, or exploiting model boundaries to compromise server integrity.
- Circumventing rate limits, token quotas, or authentication checks using bots, proxies, or multi-account spoofing.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or intercepting API communication protocols between Reverie AI and Sorika Gateway.
- Using automated scraping tools to extract datasets without prior written authorization from Sorika Labs.
05. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Content: As between you and Reverie AI, you retain all ownership rights in the input you provide (“Input”) and the output generated by the AI assistant (“Output”). You are free to publish, modify, or commercialize your Output subject to your compliance with these Terms.
Our Platform: The Reverie AI software interface, user experience design, logos, graphics, and backend orchestration logic are the proprietary intellectual property of Sorika Labs and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
06. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimers & Accuracy
Reverie AI utilizes probabilistic large language models. While designed for high accuracy and reasoning, AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or incomplete context. Reverie AI does not provide certified legal, medical, financial, or engineering advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any critical output before relying upon it.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sorika Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or inability to access the Services.
08. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital software services. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to amicable arbitration and designated competent courts.
